"AMAZING! The product (50 anniversary candle) and the service. I was stuck at LAST minute and placed an order. Sinead is some woman, an absolute star. I had emailed very late at night and didn't expect a reply till morning but straight away at 10pm at night Sinead was there to help. She even rang me the next morning. She rushed the order and I collected it on Saturday. Sinead/ CandleZone are a prime example as why we should support our local shops..THEY CARE! I have never experienced such amazing customer service and an amazing company. When I went to collect they were so friendly and welcoming. Sinead done a very quick job and had a personalised candle ready for collection within a few hours of being contacted.
